On project agreement, I'll send an email confirming the project cost and payment instructions. It will also contain the details of the agreed deposit payment. Until a cleared deposit is received by Custom Models & Dioramas, the project is not confirmed, will not take its place in the queue and no parts will be procured.

The cost provided for the project by Custom Models & Dioramas is fixed unless changes to requirements are introduced by the customer, or additional parts are agreed upon.

Any international import charges and fees levied as a result of receiving parts from outside the UK will be charged to the customer.

The model will be constructed and finished to the highest standard possible within the limitations of the base kit, associated aftermarket products used, and the labour costs quoted. Absolute historical and technical accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

The project will take a confirmed place in the queue of builds, exact dates or deadlines for the build will not be specified or promised, unless by mutual agreement. All efforts will be made, however, to communicate progress towards the build as previous projects are progressed.

Any changes or enhancements requested by the client before or during the build phase will probably necessitate a reworking of the price to allow for extra parts etc.

Hi resolution images of the finished model will be made available upon completion for approval. Completed model will be shipped or may be collected on or after receipt of the balance of payment.

Payment may be made by PayPal, or UK bank transfer (preferred if possible) or cash on collection. Full details will be made available on project agreement.

Model may be collected in person by arrangement, in which case any shipping costs will be waived. I can also deliver personally within a reasonable distance by arrangement with a consideration for petrol costs etc.

The customer is responsible for settling any international import charges and fees levied on the finished model when shipped outside the UK.

If payment in full is not received within 3 calendar months of completion of work (unless by mutual agreement), I reserve the right to sell the model on the open market and no refund on any monies already paid will be made.

If the project is abandoned by the customer for any reason before or during the build phase, and in the absence of other mutual agreement to return parts or monies, I will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer and agree a way forward but any monies paid or parts provided will be forfeit by the customer after a calendar year of inactivity and I reserve the right to dispose of, sell or re-use any provided parts at their own discretion.

Custom Models & Dioramas reserves the right to publish and share images of the work during and after construction in the public domain for promotional and instructional purposes.
